Relaxation time

Pregnancy can bring a range of emotions, including stress and anxiety. This relaxation session is designed to help you feel calm, relieve stress, and fully enjoy your pregnancy journey—all while giving yourself some much-needed ‘me time’. It may also support a restful night’s sleep, which is so valuable during pregnancy.

Your can choose the relaxation therapy that feels right for you:

✨ A soothing massage with essential oils, easing tension while incorporating the therapeutic benefits of beautiful scents.

A combined balancing reflexology session, finishing with a comforting massage.

This is your time to nurture yourself and embrace relaxation in whatever way feels best for you.​

Please note you can also benefit from this time together after your baby is born.

  • relaxation therapies to your choice, such as, massage with aromatherapy and reflexology 

Options:

🌿 full body massage (performed in the massage couch) - approx. 60min treatment time 

🌿 back, neck and shoulders (best performed sat on a comfortable stool and leaning over couch/table) combined with reflexology - approx. 75min treatment time

🌿 foot and leg massage combined with reflexology - approx.  60min treatment time
